Please include the words "Tuva" and "Ondar" in your subject line.

Ondar receives so much spam email that we have to enable spam filters at our server.  To avoid having your message intercepted by an automated spam filter, please ensure that your message has some text in the subject line, and do not offer to sell him prescription pharmaceuticals or other common spam topics. :-)

Ondar receives and reads every message and enjoys hearing from you.  However, he is not likely to reply directly due to difficulties accessing the Internet in Tuva.  While the Internet (and even SMS!) has reached Tuva, access is not always easy and most people do not have computers in their homes.

The message gets to Ondar via a slightly convoluted route; you send it here to his WWW domain, we forward it to his management team in the USA, who then either reads the message to him over the phone or forwards it to a friend in Tuva who will print it out and bring it to Ondar, or some variation of this routine.

It's a little complicated, but all of the extra work makes each message received by Ondar that much more enjoyable.
